Return and Refund Policy


At Bliss Pastry Box, we take pride in providing high-quality, freshly baked goods made to order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.


Please note the following:

  1. Perishable Goods
    All items are made from scratch and are perishable. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been picked up or delivered.
  2. Custom Orders
    Custom orders (including cakes, cupcakes, and specialty items) are made specifically to your request. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  3. Order Accuracy
    We take great care to ensure orders are made correctly. If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with a detailed description and photo (if applicable). We will do our best to resolve the issue.
  4. Allergy Disclaimer
    While we offer allergen-free options upon request, our kitchen is not allergen-free. We cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens (such as nuts, gluten, or dairy), and no refunds will be issued due to allergic reactions.
  5. No-Show or Late Pickup
    Orders not picked up on time or no-shows are non-refundable. Please ensure someone is available at the agreed-upon time for pickup or delivery.
